The Mission of the Roofing Association of Singapore is to provide a Voice for our members in the Roofing Industry with added Emphasis on Safety of our workmen and Professionalism in how the industry conducts its business.
Our Story
On 15 January 2020, representatives of 11 companies in the Roofing Industry of Singapore and representatives of the Specialist Trade Alliance Singapore (STAS) gathered at the office of STAS, to discuss the formation of an Association to be the voice of the Roofing Industry in Singapore. The 12 organizations are firmly committed to and believe that that anything suggesting anti-competition should be avoided at all cost, and that the emphasis of the Association would be placed on Safety and Professionalism of the Roofing Industry as a whole.
In the said meeting, a Pro Tem Committee was was elected and tasked with the the formation of the Association.
The Roofing Association Singapore was officially gazette by the Ministry of Home Affairs on 4 March 2021.

Current Term
The Pro Tem Committee will serve for a period not exceeding 18 months from the date of the official gazette by the Ministry of Home Affairs which marks the official formation of the Association.
